Order the DVD - Step 3
First, print out the Order Form
The first step is to print out the Order Form. When you click this Order Form link, a new window will open. Print out the Order Form. Then you can either close the new window or you can click on the link that is provided to return to this page. Once you have printed the Order Form, you can start to fill it in. Don't forget to write down your postal address, phone number and email as requested on the Order Form or we will not be able to contact you!!
Next, package your order
Send on your photos, music CDs and the completed Order Form to the address below:
Depending on how close you are to Cork city, you can either arrange to drop your order off in person (by appointment only) or simply send your order to the address above. Please provide adequate packing material and protection for your photos etc to avoid damage during shipping!
We will handle your photos and CDs with the utmost care and consideration, however we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the transportation of your materials to us. PLEASE be very diligent in properly packing your order! We suggest that you send your package to us by registered post. We will do the same when sending everything back to you.
Be sure to let us know if your personalised DVD presentation is a surprise. There is a space on the Order Form to fill out the name of the person that is to be surprised! That way when we call to let you know it's finished, we won't accidentally spoil the surprise!
Method of Payment
We will notify you when your order is completed. We will send you an email requesting that you pay for the order either by cash (in person) or cheque (by post). Since cheques require more time to clear, you could speed up the process by including the cheque with your order.
